I didn't receive my payslip/invoice

Troubleshooting


There are a few quick fixes that you can try before contacting us and having to wait for your payslip to be sent once more.


Spam folder

First, please make sure to check your spam folder when you receive your payment, as the payslip is sent automatically from our systems and may be marked as spam by your email provider.


Whitelist the sender's email

If it has been sent and recognized as spam by your email provider, please add the following email address as contact: noreply.lonn@mg.ecit.no


Sendout dates

Remember that the payslip will not be sent until the actual payment date. You will receive it on the 10th or 25th of each month. Note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive it in your inbox, please do not ask to have it sent until 24 hours after the payment has passed.


If more than 24 hours have passed since the payout date, we can send it again. Please see the sections under to request it.




Requesting a payslip as a Freelancer


Please fill out this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/b090df822040debf6aa641d8a5a324f5?r=use1. You will need your courier ID to do so. 


The payslip will be sent within the next payment cycle once the form has been filled out.
