Ordering your gear

General guidelines


You can choose the gear you need here: https://store.woltpartners.no. Please do not order multiple times. 


If you order more than once and receive a duplicate order as a result, you will be financially responsible for returning the package. It costs 200.- for us to ship the gear again if the first order with free delivery is returned to us, this fee will be deducted from your earnings and is non-refundable. 


Please remember that the equipment will not be sent before your contract has been fully approved and no documents are missing. You will receive a message from Bring when the package is ready for collection at your local Bring office.




Frequently Asked Questions


Do I need my own gear?

Yes, you need gear to be able to deliver with us. You can either order the gear from us or use your own. If you plan on using your own gear, please see this article.


Can I get if from a friend?

No, you will need your own gear. Used gear has to be washed professionally or recycled depending on it’s current condition. 


Do I need to pay for the gear?

You do not need to pay for the gear but keep in mind that there is a deposit for certain items. Delivery is free and you do not need to pay the deposit upfront. You can find more information about the deposit on this article.


The only gear without deposit is in the outlet section in the Wolt Gear Shop. You will find the ''B''-icon on the products.


Where can I order?

You can order on our website: https://store.woltpartners.no. Please make sure to order all the needed items in one order only. Ordering several items in several orders is not permitted and will lead to the orders being cancelled. 


How long until I get my gear?

We are typically experiencing high demand and it can take up to 2 weeks before your gear is packed. You might be contacted in the chat if we are missing details, please keep an eye out in case we need to reach you.


What about returns?

Returns due to duplicate orders are your responsibility financially, but all other types of returns are free. Please contact us in the Wolt Partners app to get help.


Can I pick up my gear instead of waiting for shipping?

No, but you can order your gear online in the Wolt Gear Shop and we will ship it to the nearest post office as soon as possible.
