Using your own gear

If you already possess suitable gear for food delivery and prefer not to order from our Gear Shop, you have the option to register your own gear. Here's how you can do it:

Safety and standards

Please ensure that your gear meets the necessary safety standards for food delivery.

Your gear should conform to Norway's standards for food safety to ensure compliance with regulations.

Fill out the form

Access the registration form provided by our company and fill it out with accurate information regarding your existing gear. You can find the form here: https://forms.monday.com/forms/9175f642ff516ae4ccd0565b7b8dae10?r=use1.

Approval process

Once you've submitted the form, our team will review the information provided. We'll assess whether your gear meets the required safety standards and complies with relevant regulations.

Confirmation

Upon approval, you'll receive confirmation that your gear has been registered for use in food delivery services.

You'll then be able to use your own gear for deliveries without the need to purchase additional equipment from our Gear Shop. 

If the gear is not approved, you will need to order from our website, you'll receive an email containing the final decision and the link to our Gear Shop.
