Personal documents needed from Norwegian citizens

As a Norwegian citizen, you will need to provide the following documents:

A valid ID or Passport

Everyone who wants to deliver with Wolt must upload a picture of their ID in the form of a passport or ID card. Please keep in mind that bank cards or driver licenses are not accepted here as we need to confirm your citizenship.

Driver's license

We need a valid driver's license if you plan on delivering with a car or a moped. Please keep in mind that you do not need to upload this if you plan on delivering with a bicycle or e-scooter.

Selfie

We will also need a selfie from you. This is needed to confirm you are the person applying and using the profile. 

Please make sure to have a neutral expression on the picture, facing straight towards the camera without wearing accessories.

Personal documents needed from European citizens

As a European citizen, you will need to provide the following documents:

Valid ID or passport

Everyone who wants to deliver with Wolt must upload a picture of their ID in the form of a passport or ID card. Please keep in mind that bank cards or driver licenses are not accepted here as we need to confirm your citizenship.

Driver's license

We need a valid driver's license if you plan on delivering with a car or a moped. Please keep in mind that you do not need to upload this if you plan on delivering with a bicycle or e-scooter. The license must be valid in the EU, you can read more about the rules in effect here.

Residence letter

We will need a valid residence letter where your ID or D number is visible. It can either be: 

• A residence letter from the police if you are a EU citizen.
• A letter from Skatteetaten confirming your registration in Folkeregisteret if you are a Scandinavian citizen.

Selfie

We will also need a selfie from you. This is needed to confirm you are the person applying and using the profile.

Personal documents needed from Non-European citizens

As a non-European citizen, you will need to provide the following documents:

Valid ID or passport

Everyone who wants to deliver with Wolt must upload a picture of their ID in the form of a passport or ID card. Please keep in mind that bank cards or driver licenses are not accepted here as we need to confirm your citizenship.

Driver's license

We need a valid driver's license if you plan on delivering with a car or a moped. Please keep in mind that you do not need to upload this if you plan on delivering with a bicycle or e-scooter. The license must be valid in the EU, you can read more about the rules in effect here.

Residence permit

We will need a valid residence permit where your ID or D number is visible. It can either be:

• A picture of the front and the back of a valid residence permit if you already are registered in Norway.
• An email from UDI confirming that your application is being renewed if your residence permit has expired.

Selfie

We will also need a selfie from you. This is needed to confirm you are the person applying and using the profile.
