Are you unable to find your contract? Please check the points under:


Check your spam folder

Remember to check your spam folder as the contract is unfortunately often registered as spam as it is sent from an automated system.


Whitelist Hellosign as a sender

If you still haven't received anything in your main inbox or in your spam folder, please make sure to add noreply@mail.hellosign.com to your contacts list. Search for the email by writing this email in your search bar.


Wrong email

Have we registered the correct email address? Please check your registered details in the Wolt Partner app.


Log into Hellosign's website directly

You can log in here with the email address mentioned over: https://app.hellosign.com/account/logIn.





My registered email is wrong


We cannot send you a new contract by email when the first one already has been sent. If you want to change your email address, you will have to reapply, please send an email to partners.norway@wolt.com with your current registered email, the email you would like to be registered in our database and your phone number.
