Updating your residence or work permit

We need a valid residence permit uploaded in our systems at all times. Your ID or D number should be fully visible and we need a clear picture of both the front and the back side for you to be able to deliver.

It can either be:   

- A picture of the front and the back of a valid residence permit if you already have a valid permit.

- An email from UDI confirming that your application is being renewed if your permit has expired.

You cannot use the app and deliver with us unless you have a valid work and residence permit. We cannot make exceptions.

Notify a nationality change

If you have obtained a Norwegian citizenship, congratulations! You need to notify us of the change by uploading either: 

- A valid Norwegian passport or;

- A valid Norwegian ID card. 

Please keep in mind that bank cards or driver licenses are not accepted here as we need to confirm your citizenship.
