Request an Account Data Deletion

Please note that requesting an account data deletion will delete both your courier profile and your user profile. There is no way to revoke the deletion once it is done.


Here's how you can request the deletion of your personal data from your user account:

- Open your Wolt Partner app.

- Open the side menu.

- Click on your name.

- Click on ''Delete my account''.

- Read the terms.

- Slide the red slider when the terms have been read and understood.


Upon submitting your request, you will be logged out and lose access to the Wolt Partner app. Our team will process your request in accordance with GDPR guidelines, ensuring compliance with data protection laws. Once your request has been processed, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. 


This includes any information associated with your user account, such as account details, transaction history, communication records, and any other relevant data collected as per GDPR requirements.
