How much am I paid for the tasks I deliver with Wolt?

Modified on Fri, 1 Mar at 3:43 PM

The fee for each task is individually determined and will be displayed in the application before you accept it. These are the parameters that are taken into account when the system calculates the price for the task:

Pickup distance

The distance travelled from the position where you accepted the task to the restaurant/venue.

Dropoff distance

The distance travelled from the restaurant to the customer's address.

Tips

If the customer has added a tip before the delivery, the tips will be included in the payment summary before accepting the task. The customers have the possibility to add a tip after the task has been delivered. This will be added in your payout overview and will not be shown before accepting the order.

Booster

If there is an active booster (Extra exceptional payment), for example bad weather or holiday, it will be added to the payment overview before accepting the task.

Weather Conditions

Weather conditions, such as rain or increased demand due to weather, may impact the fee.

Type of Order

The nature of the order, whether it's a large grocery order or a single item like a hamburger, will influence the fee.

Other Factors

Additional factors like terrain (e.g., large hills), parking conditions, or other challenges may also affect the fee.

Distances are calculated as the most effective route and as an actual GPS distance instead of air distance. The payments are dynamic and can change based on the mentioned parameters above.

You will always have the possibility to see the payment for the task before accepting it as well as the possibility to reject the task.
